Our story

Built in Mississauga. Trusted across the GTA.

Alba Property Management Inc. was founded in 2003 by a small team of senior property managers who had grown tired of the volume-first model that defines so much of the industry. The vision was simple: take on fewer corporations, know each building thoroughly, and bring the same level of care to a 30-unit townhouse complex as to a 300-unit high-rise.

Over two decades later, that founding principle has not changed. Alba remains intentionally boutique โ€” and that is precisely how our boards prefer it.
